What is 'Solution based' therapy and how can it help
With options of working face to face, over Skype, Zoom, FaceTime or over the phone I use a mixture of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Coaching, Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) so that I can tailor our sessions to your needs.
Solutions based therapy is so much more than traditional counselling.
I offer a free no obligation initial 30 minute consultation, for us to find out more about each other and how we can best achieve your goals.
My therapeutic approaches I use are:
NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming
NLP is the systematic study of human communication and how we create our subjective world with all its pleasure and pain. It's is also the study of exceptional talent, of the patterns and programmes that allow people to get results.
Hypnosis / Hypnotherapy
A hypnotic trance is a normal, relaxed and very useful state that people go into all the time: for example when we are driving a familiar journey, watching TV or daydreaming. In therapeutic hypnosis you are being guided into a trance with a beneficial goal of your choice.
EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is based on the principles of both ancient acupressure and modern psychology and is also known as 'Tapping'. Whilst simply stimulating acupressure points and focusing on an issue, both painful emotions and physical issues can be eased.
Coaching is an empowering tool that can be used in personal, business and sporting situations to unlock a persons potential to maximise their own performance, helping them to learn rather than teaching them.

On a personal note, all of the techniques I use, I do so because I have personally found them to be of help
on my own journey of coping with and recovering from illness.
I would never ask a client to do something that I wasn't willing to do myself.
