Mood, be it stress, anxiety, low mood, depression, anger or sleep issues
Increasing confidence, self esteem, finding a state of relaxation or letting go of the inner doubt
Illness, or pain not explained or eased by medicine or coping with serious illness or pain
Letting go of the past, such as trauma, phobias or changing our habits
